PINEAU & PORK WINE BAR
On 28 & 29 August, KOT Selections will take guests on a journey of exploration with a tasting of the Loire Valley's various expressions of Chenin Blanc (locally known as Menu Pineau). The wines, ranging from sparkling to dry to sweet, will be paired with different pork preparations such as rillons (a pork dish typical of the Loire), country-style sausage, bak kwa, char siew.
